I stayed at Hickory Pointe for 4 years and I wish I never left!! Tiffany was very great, I truly appreciate her for everything! She was very communicative, helpful, kind and understanding! My apartment was very spacious, my neighbors felt like family, my kids made many friends, it’s quiet, in a great area, it felt so much like home!! The school system is excellent, from elementary to high! I definitely recommend and would definitely move back again!
The gate has never worked since I moved in, which makes the whole ‘gated community’ feature meaningless. Every maintenance request I put in takes forever to be answered, and when they do come, they don’t fix things properly — they patch it up or make it worse. For the amount of rent we pay, residents deserve timely, professional repairs and a safe, well-kept property. Management needs to step up because right now, this place is disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend it.”
I have been living out here for several year now, and Ms. Tiffany is the best thing that could have happened to these townhomes. She cares about he community and helps out anyway she can. These homes are very family orientated!
The maintenance team is always timely, respectful and thorough when completing any service order. The new guys are great 100 percent recommend.
I’ve lived here since 2018, the office staff & maintenance team are great! They are attentive to whatever the needs of the resident are, and fix things quickly.
