Worst apts ever . Management just dont care what the tenants do. Noise levels are high . Making repairs are slow hardly ever comes. If you’re looking for a peaceful place to call home please do not come to those apartments
Hickory Point Apartments is a great place to live I promise that if you move here youre going to like it The community is nice and its a comfortable place to call home
They are deleting my reviews but my review is real these apartments have roaches and leaks they patch up your apartment and spray one time for roaches to bait you in.The maintenance man Al is lazy and they give you used appliances that might not work when you move in so check everything.The walls are thin as hell and there be is not a middle school bus for kids on the line for pickup.They responded with chat gpt everything I said is true the appliances are used and the apartments are patched up.
The Property Manager was professional during my move in process the property is well kelp up the only problem I have is the upstairs neighbors doesn't respect the down stairs tenants with the stomping walking loud in the late hours of the night SMH
