The Property Manager was professional during my move in process the property is well kelp up and safe and gated one of the best in Hickory Hill
I have been staying here for 15 years it's a safe place to stay..Mrs. Telesa management skill is top tier along with her team.. This is a place you can call home and live comfortably and safe.. Management treat you like family and WE'RE A GATED COMMUNITY!!! Let your search be over with and try Hickory Pointe...
I have only been here a few months. It has not been a bad experience. It is a quiet neighborhood I don't see alot of crime or anything. I just wish they would get proper mailbox labels so at least you will know what mail box is yours other then that some of the office people are friendly and they do make sure maintenance requests are taken care of so I would recommend
Lived here for 8years. Tbh it’s always been a good place to live. Minus the ratchet neighbors that had 3 families in that one unit. The surroundings(Neighboring apartments) are off. The gate is being repaired for better protection for you and your vehicle when holidays come up. Beef up on your insurance that covers cosmetic damages! i've been staying over here 3 years now. management is very helpful and maintenance requests get answered in a timely manner. there's a nice small pool that's kid friendly. landscaping is very pleasing. i am happy here for a couple more years. :)
