Lived here for 8years. Tbh it’s always been a good place to live. Minus the ratchet neighbors that had 3 families in that one unit. The surroundings(Neighboring apartments) are off. The gate is being repaired for better protection for you and your vehicle when holidays come up. Beef up on your insurance that covers cosmetic damages! i've been staying over here 3 years now. management is very helpful and maintenance requests get answered in a timely manner. there's a nice small pool that's kid friendly. landscaping is very pleasing. i am happy here for a couple more years. :)
I have been a resident at the hickory pointe apartments since2016. I love it here. Property well kept. Maintenance always do there job. No pot holes, no loud noise. Very well kept property. Management is wonderful. I love Mrs. Teliesa. She's always dressed to impress. Office looks awesome an it always smells good in there . I always recommend my place of living to others. Hi, I have lived at Hickory Pointe Apts for 3 1/2 years.. I must say as I transitioned into my own apartment here it was simple transition the staff was wonderful , Mrs TELESA is the Senior Property Manager at the Complex as she manages others under the company.. Her expertise in property management.. has set hickory pointe at all most high.. she is the best!
