A shell of what it used to be. I can remember in the 90's asking if they'd want a TJ Maxx out there, I was laughed at. Sure I could blame mall management, but it's really economics. Decatur's economy sucks, and it's slowly affecting retailers. My advice, tear it down, rebuild as an outdoor shopping center.
