I’ve been a tenant at this apartment complex for over two years, and while I initially moved in hopeful, the experience has been consistently frustrating—especially when it comes to maintenance and pest control. For the past two years, I’ve reported recurring maintenance issues that still haven’t been properly addressed. On top of that, there’s been an ongoing rodent problem. Rats. My family and I have been living here for 3 years and we have loved living here. Management is very understanding and helpful. They listen because they understand we are humans and that life be lifing. We have an autistic son and a long with my neigbhors they keep a look out for him when we're outside. Everyone cares for each other here. Erin and Nicole are amazing. Maintenance is good too. They make sure that you have everything that you need. So overall wonderful place.
Clean and quiet community, the staff is also exceptional.
My living space at Hickory Knoll is EXCELLENT! It is better in person than the pictures on its website; a big difference from other apartment properties. Marble countertops with ceramic tile backsplash and a spacious outside deck with plenty of room for a table and my flowers One of the two bedrooms has sliding doors out onto this deck; the other bedroom has a walk-though closet to the bathroom that has more marble countertop around the sink.
