Hickory Knoll is a wonderful place to call home. The management team is amazing. Erin and Whitney are so professional and kind. They address any concerns in a very prompt manner. The maintenance team is also amazing. Recently my old water heater had to be replaced and from the front office to the maintenance team it was handled thoroughly and promptly. I’ve been a tenant at this apartment complex for over two years, and while I initially moved in hopeful, the experience has been consistently frustrating—especially when it comes to maintenance and pest control. For the past two years, I’ve reported recurring maintenance issues that still haven’t been properly addressed. On top of that, there’s been an ongoing rodent problem. Rats. My family and I have been living here for 3 years and we have loved living here. Management is very understanding and helpful. They listen because they understand we are humans and that life be lifing. We have an autistic son and a long with my neigbhors they keep a look out for him when we're outside. Everyone cares for each other here. Erin and Nicole are amazing. Maintenance is good too. They make sure that you have everything that you need. So overall wonderful place.
