DO NOT LIVE HERE!! Hickory Knoll is the worst place I have EVER lived at. My dishwasher broke within the first month of my 12-month lease. They absolutely refused to fix it or replace it. I went without my dishwasher for the entirety of my lease with no discount on my rent even though it is a promised amenity. I have lived in apartments without dishwashers before and it was awful so I NEVER would have chosen another place with no dishwasher which is basically what I got living here. Very pleasant, clean property, and great team.
Hickory Knoll is a wonderful place to call home. The management team is amazing. Erin and Whitney are so professional and kind. They address any concerns in a very prompt manner. The maintenance team is also amazing. Recently my old water heater had to be replaced and from the front office to the maintenance team it was handled thoroughly and promptly. The maintenance team that came initially was Marcus, James and Will. Marcus advised me that a new water heater was needed and he told me when he would return with the new wate... read more
