I would make my review 0 stars if I could. I lived here for 4 years, and I will always be grateful for a roof over my head during a time when I was struggling, but this is THE WORST place I've ever lived. Management is rude, incompetent, apathetic, and grossly negligent and irresponsible with a God-complex. For the past two years, they have failed to provide a safe living environment for tenants, especially to ones with small children. I like living in Hickory Hollow that management is real nice and polite
I disagree with squid on the review...well as far as staff anyway....they were wonderful and we had NO PROBLEMS at all with maintainance. As for the illegal activity...didnt know of any at all. Maybe that is where minding ones own business comes into play!

Not a very tenant oriented staff. No repairs or daily maintenance are ever attended to. Management is rude and neighborhood is poor. A lot of illegal activity in the apartment complex and surrounding neighborhood. Not family oriented. Would not recommend. Not worth the one star, but you have to give it a rating to get the review to post.
