We booked Our border collie Coco here during the holidays for the first time and could not be happier about our (and her) experience at Hickory Hills! She loved the playtime and cuddle time and all the love she got there and we LOVED getting to see her having fun on Facebook everyday! Coco will be back!!! ❤️💕
Amazing staff with big hearts
First time ever leaving our 8yr old and 7month old at a kennel. I texted daily (over the top dog mom) and got pictures from their private play times. The staff always responded in a friendly and comforting way keeping me updated on details of how my boys were doing. They never once seemed annoyed with my questions or requests for updates. Such a friendly staff that really seemed to enjoy the personalities of our boys. They came back healthy and tired! We will definitely use this kennel again.
We’ve been bringing dogs to board at Hickory Hills for 20 years. Our dog is always happy when she gets there, and happy when we pick her up. The staff is wonderful - friendly, helpful, and clearly in love with dogs!

The staff is extraordinary! They have done an absolutely wonderful job of taking care of our precious Lily. Their care and consideration has been outstanding.
I absolutely love the care my babies get while I'm away. and the pics that are taken during private play are so worth piece of mind.
