Beautiful place to live, quiet, clean and the neighbors are very friendly as well as the office staff.
Hickory Hills is one of my favorite places I ever lived. I’ve been there for a little over a year and I have had nothing but pleasant experiences. It’s so quiet yet there are a lot of people here. I love the diversity! The staff are super friendly and accommodating. They want you to feel at home, especially Debbie. They also have a discount for Pitt/UPMC employees and after renewing my lease they did not increase rent. That has never happened to me before in all my years of renting. I’m super thankful for that! They have amazing service and there are so polite
Terrible service. Held my security deposit for months after I moved out. Signed up for a 12 month lease. Once the lease was over they continued taking my money out of my account. Stay away from this place at all costs if you care about your sanity. Not to mention how disgusting the apartments are. They smell like legitimate death. There’s raccoons all over the place especially night time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS
