air conditioning is an issue here i called to get help with my ac that stays on 80 degrees. my room is even hotter, no Ac blows in here at all. i have numerous fans just blowing hot air around. my one "cooling" fan broke trying to cool my room down. when i called for help i was told "air conditioning is not a luxury" i never wrote a bad review on an apt because im always greatful to have a home. but right now its 230 am. and my husband is laying on the floor next to a fan and iam laying in front a separate fan. im not saying... read more
Great Place to live. I have lived at Hickory Hills Apartments foe 9 years and love the place. I have a nice cozy apartment. The management and maintenance are awesome. The location is close to all of my needs.I look forward to living there many years. Keep up the good work..........
Great home Molly is very kind to the residents. Never hollers only calls to talk to you if an issue arises. My place was huge. Wish I had stayed. I'd have been better off than where I just left. Drug infested moldy dump in bucks county. No way did this occur at Blue grass estates. I hope to return someday.
Been living here for almost a year Been living here for less than an year. Plan on many more! The apartment is a great value for the dollar and alot of pros out weigh my 1 con which is a older stove but im sure i just got an older apartment. Overall wonderful and the office staff is utterly amazing. Totally helped me out during a tough time and i love them. -joe
Former resident The community is well-kept and safe but the manager Molly is very rude and needs some customer service classes. She needs to learn how to deal and interact with people. She consistently spoke to me a very rude condescending tone. I'm happy I never have to see her again.
Blast from the past I use to live here as a kid (for a couple years) back in the '70s. As a kid I remembered the pool was not in the best shape and some of the apartment near the pool were flooded. The buildings closest to Blackwood Rd. appeared to be the better buildings. But that all was back in the '70s. From what I see now, the management and staff really got it back into shape. The fireplaces are a new feature that wasn't there back in the '70s. I wouldn't mind checking this place out after coming back to NJ.

Amazing Amazing Amazing I came across Blue grass estate when I was driving by almost two years ago. When the people from the leasing office gave me a tour of Blue Grass I knew this was right for me. As a tenant for 16 months I plan on continuing to renew my lease for many years to come.
Two Bedroom Very disappointed in the apartments. Huge issue with silverfish bugs. Laundry was very expensive and not enough washers/dryers per apartment building as well as needing updated washers/dryers as they literally ruined my clothing. The pictures are nothing like the apartments-very dark on the inside-even with your blinds open. Extremely expensive and the worst part was how bad the apartment smelled of cigarette smoke!
