I would highly recommend Hickory Hills. Their staff is always professional and honest with me about our resident. They are extremely accommodating, and go out of their way to make their residents feel at home.

poor staffing, poor management, high rate of staff turnover
Tried several months ago to review; but, the website would not allow. Apparently that is now fixed. SEE MY COMMENTS to Kim Havens Sprout review. I just made them today to her post a few days ago. These people are Special. 5 Stars is what they deserve in a very difficult field of service.
My Dad’s time at Hickory Hills was fairly short (7 months), but our experience was very good. The building is very nice with an upscale homey environment and is comfortable for visitors. My favorite spot is the outdoor courtyard where I spent relaxing time with my Dad. The rooms are a good size and the entire building is well thought out for memory care residents.
