The doctor is been helping me,although service could be better by handling a patient issues somewhat quicker overall the back staff gives excellent service but the front ladies are rude and seem like they are always having a bad day. Except for the insurance lady she's nice.

So I still Do not have my prescription refill that I requested on Friday. I called on yesterday again and it’s the same talking point. I explained on Friday, I would be out of my medication on Saturday. I have not heard from anyone. I pay $100 per visit based on my income for this service. I’m also required to pay the highest dollar amount for my prescriptions. This is not the first time I’ve had this issue with getting a refill.
