This is probably the nicest place in Tomball at this time. Its reasonable in pricing, quiet, and clean. Seniors always make good neighbors as long as you are a good neighbor to them.
Other than the occasional party this complex is clean and quiet. A good number of older citizens live here and they make excellent neighbors. I feel safe and would rate this as the nicest place Ive lived in quite some time. Only downside is that the complex is a little older, but that hasnt bothered me much. Would recommend to anyone.
