Hickory Heights Apartments offers affordable apartments with great views from the upper floors. Units are smaller but the location is very nice. It’s a diverse community with families, young professionals , older people, etc. My review is technically 3.5 because I did experience noise at times, had some issues with my parking spot, and a few maintenance issues. I really hate to leave bad reviews, especially given that this is a decent apartment for the price and the other people working here are all professional. The sound insulation is not great, but so is almost all the old apartment you can find in the city. Great location, great view, nice neighbors, and I have a lovely commute. I do not recommend you moving here. The building is not structured well. The walls are paper thin. There are too many issues with parking, people who do not live here nor have parking permits park in other people's assigned spots. They also need better management. The general manager at the time I believe her name was Myrna, is a very aggressive person.
