The owner of the storage units is absolutely awful. He has been extremly rude and told a customer to drop dead. ( not exaggerating ) I asked him before he was leaving that day to please help me unlock the unit after driving 5 hours 1 way.. I paid for the storage unit that month & he says rudely I can’t promise you anything. I was promised the day before I would be able to get in the unit and he finally opened it with a different type of lock. All he wants is your money and can’t even have a conversation. I had a storage unit there for months and it got broken into . The people kept changing my locks and blaming it on me .
