Wonderful cottage that led to a great experience here in Deer! My girlfriend and family planned a trip to Arkansas and were blessed to come across this location! We loved the cozy cottage and enjoyed cooking, sitting around the fire pit, and watching the stars (see pictures ). The host gifted us with peach jalapeño jam, bread and s'mores supplies! Absolutely wonderful place to stay. House is always welcoming and feels like home away from home. Tochia always leaves wonderful surprises for the guest and is always very responsive to any questions you may have. Definitely would recommend!

Love this cottage! It’s so homie and comfortable. We come to visit family 1-2 times a year and this is the perfect spot! Tochia is so hospitable and provides so many essentials. Cute coffee station, s’more set up, and grill essentials. If you want to get away and relax, this is a perfect location. One day I want to visit and explore the hiking trails.
