I have been here 8 years and can't seem to get anything fixed they have 1 maintenance person my air has been out a month upstairs now my downstairs air is out and no one is available to fix it had to send my kids away due to they don't allow window units I have a hole in my ceiling waiting to be fixed that leaks water siding of my tub Is rotten but no air with no one to fix it is crazy I will be contacting corporate then they put a new thermostat in and it's sideways
My boyfriend just moved in and his apartment is not up to par. The kitchen counter is loose and lifting up, the fire place floor is broken up and the bedrooms are extremely small barely any closet space. Everything is outdated from the appliances to the air conditioner. The entry & exit gates are broken & the air conditioner doesn't work well. DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!
Maintenance Man Jose’ is punctual and very helpful..he came in and fixed my AC Unit as soon as the ticket was created..I think new management was probably what was needed..I feel an improvement in the staff overall. I highly recommend people to apply and you won’t be disappointed
