We're very happy here We have only been here for a few weeks now but everything has been a very nice change. Getting everything signed was a little stressful due to our work schedules being very limited in relation to the complex operating hours. But otherwise we really don't have any complaints. I know other reviews are complaining about price and other issues but we have lived in 4 different apartment complexes in Denton tx in the span of 6 years and Hickory Creek so far is the best apartment we've ever had. Please do NOT live here!! This place was great when I first moved in, then they were bought out by a big business and now they're hiking up prices. I just moved out less than a month ago, and I've already had a bill collector call me about my final payment. The fees I was charged for moving out were ridiculous. I hired a housekeeper to clean my apartment before I moved out and they still charged me over $100 for a cleaning fee. Not to mention, they charged me for paint over the wall where my tv was mounted even though they t... read more
