I moved into Hickory Creek August 2012 site unseen. I had heard that there was a lot of bad people here. The place we lived before here was a SLUMLORD who NEVER fixed anything. I am on disability so it was awesome that utilities were included. We have been here almost a year and have never had a problem. Our neighbors, are awesome & quiet. They are quick to fix anything we ask and it s just big enough for me & my husband. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND it to anyone and have. Can t beat it...
I agree with Ruby. I ve lived at Hickory Creek for less than a year, because it was the only thing I could afford at the time and I was not impressed with the office manager at all. She is lazy and almost never in the office. Maintenance is a pain to get to come to my apartment and fix things. I had to wait FOUR days on an emergency water leak in my kitchen to be fixed in my kitchen, while I couldn t do dishes without flooding my apartment. These apartments are Fort Waynes best kept secret in apartment living...All utilities are paid!! That is unheard of anymore. They have a welcome home feel.
I have been very comfortable living in my apartment at Hickory Creek. It is not only that the utilities are paid that makes it affordable. with a low monthly income it helps alot. A large living room is. The kitchen is so addorable to me just because It has that open fan shape wall. You can put little trinkets on it that makes it more inviting when you look at it. I was quite surprised of the hickory creek apartments, it has been more than I expected..Mrs. Brue, Site Manager is a beautiful person, maintenance is always on point and the neighbors are beautiful people as well. again it has turned out better than I expected..I do recommend Hickory Creek Apartments.
