I find the staff extremely helpful and caring. Dr Liz takes a tremendous amount of time to listen and explain what is going on with your pet. Hickory Creek is very client friendly. I couldn’t recommend more !
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I posted my review on the clinic Facebook page and I'm pretty sure they won't allow it to be viewed. We recently moved to New Lenox and I was referred to this clinic for my dog. I called to get the process of changing over and gave a brief history of my dogs issues. They would not even schedule an appointment for him and instead referred me to an animal behavioral specialist for only $550 for a one time visit. Highly disappointed.
Love Dr Elizabeth! She really takes her time and genuinely cares about the animals. I feel like she's very knowledgeable and does her best to figure out every solution for your pets well being. I take my cat to see her and will be taking my new dog to see her as well!
