Awful experience from the very start. Before I could even apply it was impossible to get anyone on the phone. I spent multiple days trying to get ANYONE on the phone at all before I decided to call them 15 times back to back at which point the lady answering the phone was rude, unhelpful, and consistently hung up the phone on me. Do not waste your time trying to apply. They obviously don't want anyone to move in
Rebecca was very helpful and professional. She came in Saturday to help me move in! Very responsive communication as well!!
Aaron is fast, professional, and consistently does a great job. It is rare to find a maintenance manager that is this reliable and efficient. It is clear that he takes pride in his work and cares about the residents as well as the property. We appreciate your hard work!!
