horrible experience with this facility & heard the state shut it down because of horrible findings when inspection took place. Do not send friends and family here if they reopen under the same management. The CEO knew of a specific nurse that was rude to patients and did nothing. So glad this place is now in East Texas. We have desperately needed someone like this locally for YEARS. You guys took the best care of my cousin and got him where he needed to be. Great food, great staff, and great facility. 10/10 would recommend.
