Their communication is outdated, relying on snail mail, and they often forget to call to confirm appointments. They lack any system for text or email notifications.
I saw Dr Boss here for a follow up visit after seeing Him at the Michigan Retinal Specialist in Grand Rapids.The Staff and Dr Boss were Outstanding.
