I saw Dr Boss here for a follow up visit after seeing Him at the Michigan Retinal Specialist in Grand Rapids.The Staff and Dr Boss were Outstanding.
I really wish they could have helped me because they were the only ones that got me in to see a doctor. The lady who answers the phone is very kind. However, the doctor never once listened to me. I felt rushed and he had different diagnosis every time I seen him. He never bothered to figure out why my eyes are so bad and not getting better. Everything he suggested made things worse. I'm now defeated and have accepted I'll probably go blind soon. I could not find any other help. I am thankful I was seen but I spent a lot of m... read more
