I booked an appointment which was very urgent, I did explain that I need the car. When I came he started yelling I don't have time. Poor customer service. Poor communication and as I see the reviews don't waste your time here.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! I brought my car to him because it wasn’t starting , the next day after he so called “fixed it” it still wasn’t starting. I texted him about it.. no response, i texted him again about it and he was literally telling me to “hit my starter with a hammer.” WHAT??? Alex is awesome, man! He won’t try to fool you with shenanigans. He’ll tell you straight up what needs to be fixed asap, can be delayed for the next maintenance, or if it’s not an issue at all. Completely trust him as our family mechanic! Highly recommended! (Side note: we do sometimes have trouble getting in touch with him via phone. But, luckily, we live nearby and just drive up for same-day service or diagnostic)
