RecommendedDr Ebert saved my grand dogs life. My daughter tried to get in with her vet and was told an appointment is open at 10am and was also turned away by several others. This was an emergency. She called Hickman Vet and the receptionist listened to her and talked to Dr Ebert and said how fast can you get here? My grand dog Polo has HGE. This can be fatal. The staff here is amazing and my English bulldog loves them. And will only let them do his nails! lol. The best people to care for your pet! 5 Stars
Our Baby Boy had a spot in/on his upper lip and we couldn't get him in at his "Normal" Vet due to them being "Busy" and one phone call to Hickman Run and the young lady had us in that morning and thank god they did as they removed a tumor from his upper lip. Thank you all so very much for everything that yall did! You now have happy fur parents and new customers! <3🐾

Had an appointment for 5pm. Show up 15 minutes early, wait and wait and wait. They took multiple people in that arrived after i did, including a woman picking up her pet who wanted to hurry up and get put of there. When I speak up I'm told well some were surgery patients and we have been double booked all day. Double booking not my fault. I had an appointment, I arrived early, keeping their schedule in mind and I get nothing. Perhaps I should Bill them for my wasted time. What a joke.
Thanks for making and helping me with my dog Sparky allways gonna remember him but with you, I know he went in a dignified manner, wasn't much could be done with the cancer tumor and as bad as it had spread out over the past few weeks thanks for the paw print and your patience with the loss of our sparky , he was trained , loved ,and hunnted by a marine me he lived the life like a marine brother and comrade thanks for making it more dignified once again and letting me look into his eyes to the end , p.s herbert and shelly Ho... read more
