Great experience working with Hickman Overhead Door Company.
We had Johnny from Hickman out to assess why our garage door wouldnt close correctly. Right away he located the issue, replaced the sensors, configured a remote and finished his work. He was very pleasant and professional. Will definitely call Hickman again for our garage door work.
Very poor service. The tech, John came out two hours late and was clueless about the garage door. The operator was a dummy as well. DO not use these people.
We called Hickmans after two other garage door companies had given us quotes but failed to follow up thereafter. Hickmans were very timely in their response times, providing us options and answering questions. They installed our new door within their estimated timeline, and the guys who installed were delightful and thorough. We'd strongly recommend Hickmans to others without hesitation.
