We had our new garage door installed today in Smyrna. We love it. They were on time, did a fantastic job, left the area clean and were very professional. We recommended them to our neighbor!
Johnny came out today in the appropriate time frame. He was courteous and professional. He performed a comprehensive analysis. In the end we went with replacing the opener - at the exact quotes estimate. Johnny did not try and upsell or over complicate the process. He also helped me prep and secure the door until the repair. Brad and Alex from Hickman Overhead Door Company just fixed our garage door which had a broken spring. The builder (Beazer) had installed a Wayne Dalton door which has a small spring inside a tube making it invisible to see. The spring recently broke. If you have this type of garage door, beware if it begins opening & closing erratically.
