We called Hickmans after two other garage door companies had given us quotes but failed to follow up thereafter. They showed up, diagnosed a potential cause of the door not opening fully, and did everything they could to explore all the options short of fully replacing the opener's motor which would have been much more expensive. So far the door has been working well since they fixed it and I highly recommend their services.
