I luv this clinic from the front desk to my nurse Mary she always laughs at my jokes and my dr...sequita Richardson is thee best...if she wasn't I wouldn't continue to drive all that way..that woman cares for her patients she has prayed with me at my lowest with my health..I recommend this clinic highly
I was told they took my insurance and I drove a long way to get there for my appointment for the rude front desk lady to tell me oh sorry we don't take your insurance and the doctor can't see you. That'd be nice to know before the people took my info for my appointment.
I and my family have been seeing the drs. at Hickman Mills Clinic here at this location and their old offices for 25 years and I wouldn't want to have to go anywheres else. Dr. Buie is our dr. but we have seen the other drs. when he wasn't available. They are a great group of drs. and have a wonderful staff.
Apparently, I can't go into too much detail about the visit/feedback, so this was edited. To sum it up, poor bedside manner, and felt belittled, we'll be going elsewhere.
I absolutely love this place! Been here since 2007! All the doctors are great! But my favorite is doctor Richardson !✔
