If I could rate a 0 I would. The new management claims to be better than the last but they're not. Theyre smooth talkers. They will lie & say you owe them $$$ because they do not have records from previous management. When asked for a ledger they can not produce records. Instead of fixing maintenance requests they will not renew your lease. Severe maintenance requests including black mold & not being able to shower properly. It's the worst place to live. My toilet over flooded and I tried calling maintenance and they didn't come and help fix the problem. I had to call my own sewage company to fix the issue. It ruined most every thing I owned. And they tried saying my ex boyfriend was rollerblading in my back bedroom that's how it got ruined. The landlord some Reicke guy bullied me to move out before my lease was up which was totally ok after the fact cuz I found something way better which I'm living into still today.
