We moved in a couple weeks ago.., our application was processed and accepted within 24 hours! We were moving in a week after we applied. Very impressive! When I did the move-in inspection form, I found that some kitchen cabinet shelves were missing. A maintenance request was filed for it and they installed the shelves within about 2 hours, despite it being a low priority request (and the maintenance workers were super friendly). I like that it’s clean and quiet
Used to live here when was under different management and those guys knew what they were doing and serving. This place is becoming a busted and torn down dump it used to be 2 years ago prior to Tim and Raijk. Went to visit two friends from when I lived here and the halls smell like crap, trash all over and smelled like mold in building 3 and 4 from the lower levels. What a shame was thinking of making re application until I heard the team was no longer there!
