I don't live there I came to visit with friends
Staff sits in office with door locked at 9 am and refuses to answer phone. That's OK Elevate approved me and rent offers real amenities this place false advertises. Gated community NOT Ceiling Fans, NOT, just ask to view a unit with one! Dog park NOT Non smoking, NOT Pool, NOT Picnic area, NOT Pests, YES Doors left propped open, YES Newly remodeled, Only if you call paint remodeling ok Trash on ground. YES Don't believe their posts this place isn't a home its a cell block RUN, RUN, RUN
Great property, great management, and great place to live!
2.2.25 update: I am no longer the Community Manager here as the partnership group needed to make a change and business is business. All this was done 3 days before a planned major medical surgery. God has a way of making a way where seems to be none. I was hired by some private investors immediately for a short term assignment.
