Hicklin is the best shop around for ktm jet skis and other off road vehicles. Joe has helped me with my last three ktm dirt bikes vary knowledge and awesome customer service. appreciate you guys!

I noticed an oil leak on my snowmobile and upon dropping it off and returning home, the guys called me and said they had the issue diagnosed and would get it repaired that same day. I was blown away by the quick response via phone, along with the actual repair. They helped load and unload it as well. I’ll definitely be giving Hicklin my future business and would hope you do too!
I am from southeast iowa (3 hours away) and was casually looking while staying in Des Moines for the weekend. From stepping in the door you can tell this isn’t your typical dealer where they push their products on you. Jason in sales was very upfront and honest about pros/cons of each ATV with ACTUAL riding knowledge background. Tom in finance made the entire transaction easy to follow with no hidden or under the table fees. Made a deal I couldn’t refuse and couldn’t be happier with the purchase I made today!
The team @ Hicklin helped me get into a new Rzr in a quick and efficient manner. Snuck down to swap out an 800s for a 1000s while the kids were at school, and they got us in/out in time!! Very professional team & excellent variety of merchandise to choose from
I will never go to any other Powersports store in the nation they are one of the best I've ever dealt with I've purchased three units from hicklin and I will never go anywhere else outstanding prices outstanding customer service and most of all an outstanding experience I definitely give the 10 out of 10
