I have had two teeth pulled by Dr. Hickle and both times it has been a most professional, painless experience. He has treated both of my children as well and has been very understanding with them.
Very professional doctor and staff which made me feel special, not like just any patient. Made a stressful situation very comfortable. This is a happy office!
Dr. Hickle is wonderful. His ability to calm me and his skill are strengths. It was comforting when he said that I could call him at any point if there were questions or concerns. Getting my wisdom teeth out was so easy because of Dallas! Don't remember any part of the procedure! Another thing that is great about Dallas is his conservative approach; he was in no rush to remove my wisdom teeth; however, he was mindful about keeping any eye on the progression of the teeth and then recommended to get them removed when the roots... read more
front desk not helpful in pre authorizations procedure was successful, relatively fast, and without much pain, very pleasant chair-side manner, comfortable
Dr. Hickle himself is great. His support staff, including biller, are unfriendly and unhelpful. Expect that.
Staff is very rude. They make the patient pay up front and will reimburse you when they get the insurance money. Acted like I was a disease when I was surprised by this policy.
