Absolutely amazing staff! Huge shout out to Brooke in the recovery department! She is absolutely wonderful!
They have a “policy” stating they refuse to even look at secondary insurance and would rather line their pockets with the patients money that do any extra work to bill the secondary their patients have!
Went there last night with my husband for sleep study test the nurse was nice but my husband and I where under the assumption that he would need a driver to pick him up this morning. We'll we get there and this nurse informed us he did not need a driver and he had spoke to someone that morning and ask if they had accommodations for the driver they told him yes but they didn't have accommodations. Came for a heart cath. The experience was fantastic. the staff were not only professional but very friendly and just fun to be around. I pray I never have to see them again, but if I do, I know I'll be in good hands. I only have 1 issue and it's not enough to change my rating, but the notes in my chart, specifically family history and notes pertaining to my sleep habits, are a bit inaccurate.
