I booked and paid for my appointment in advance, but when I arrived, the stylist told me she didn't have the energy to do my hair- right after helping someone with more hair than me. Said, that i have to reschedule for another day. I felt dismissed and unwelcome. Very disappointing experience, especially after planning ahead and having limited time.

Walked up about 20 min before closing (4:40) on a Saturday (they are supposed to close at 5:00) to purchase products and to book a future appointment and the lady put a closed sign right on the door when we were reaching for it at. I mean I get it for customers who are expecting hair appts, however she didn't even know why were there...didn't ask, did not care. Honestly kinda rude. If you close at 4:40, you should change your sign and let the exchange know.

Courtney cuts my husband and kids hair. She has also waxed my brows. She does an excellent job. We love Courtney! Ask for Courtney and you will not be disappointed.

hairdresser messed up my bangs so badly, i asked for them to leave the sides a bit longer than the middle and leave the hair a little over my eyebrow and leave it whispy for a trim but they made them super choppy, super short, and it doesn’t align with my haircut.
