Happy to take your money but will not give you test results! The first few staff members I interacted with and the doctor was all really cool but the women that were running the front when I came out were extremely rude and made it so I'll never go back to this place! Also, they claimed to take my insurance, then turned around and sent me a bill, and still won't provide the information for all the blood work and tests I had!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else if you can
I had a great experience receiving walk-in emergency dental care with Dr. Erin White. Staff and whole dental team were great. I didn't have to wait long at all to be seen, and the doctor and dental team were great at meeting my needs while also seeing other walk-in patients that morning. Dr. White was very kind, made sure I was adequately numbed to receive my root canal treatment (I needed extra for an irritated nerve), answered all my questions, and explained my treatment plan. This clinic has failed in many ways over several years except for the dental. The general staff is better now so far but a provider is not always present to cover the care needed. A nurse can't even give a prescribed injection without a provider being present & then becomes rude when the patient expresses a bit of frustration due to being told there was always someone available. The answering service & communication is often inadequate as well.
This clinic has failed in many ways over several years except for the dental. The general staff is better now but a competent provider or nurse are not always available to cover the care needed. A nurse will even refuse to give a simple prescribed injection without the provider being there & then becomes rude about it. The care is substandard & medical notes can be wrong.
