You have to wait to see her but once you do, Dr. Hiby listens to your concerns, does not rush you, and she takes her time ti address all your concerns.
As a US Government Foreign Service family it is extremely difficult to find a MD to see the entire family in short notice. Dr. Hiby has gone above and beyond to provide medical care for the family. She does understand our limited time here in the States and makes every effort the family receives full medical check ups before our departures. Thank you Dr. Hiby and your entire staff.
My last visit I had to wait for over an hour. She wanted to prescribe high blood pressure medication even though I did not have high blood pressure. She's just another pill pusher. I do not recommend as a Doctor.
She is always caring and her PAs are just as good.
I cannot begin to express my satisfaction and experience i had with Dr. Hiby. Each and everyone of her staff including herself was courteous, professional, and made my visit as comfortable as they possibly could. Dr. Hiby is really amazing and cares for her patients, she will listen to every single complaint you have without any rush nor interruptions. She took such wonderful care of me, explaining things carefully to make certain I understood.
Dr Hiby found my cancer very early and arranged for me to be treated at the best cancer center in ny. She made my appointment and sent all the reports made sure the center took my insurance. I’ve been free from cancer for 7 years. If you really care about your health go to her. dr Hiby is the best and the most caring dr I’ve ever met. Thank you Doc
Dr. Hiby does not listen to her patients, I needed an M.D to fill out a section on my scat transportation app and she would not do it, I am disabled and have been receiving social security for many years, I've never had a problem in the past with a Dr filling out the section on the application, and now I'm not going to be able to get to anywhere, I will be stuck in my place, I will never go back to this Dr again
I visited her office fasting and with an earache. I was given an 11:00 am appointment and seen at 1:00 pm. I specifically said to call an antibiotic to my local pharmacy and found out it was called to a totally different pharmacy that did not have the antibiotic on hand. They called in several medications to my mail order that I did not need and ended up spending $218.00 out of pocket and unable to return. THE WORST
