Amazing customer service! Jannie was friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive. She made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Definitely recommend HiBuzZ!
Normally I don’t like to leave low reviews… but I feel like my experience tonight was unacceptable. Though this store has a good variety… DO NOT USE A virtual VISA/DEBIT or virtual card for payment online. I went to pick up my order today and went through a complete run around for 20+mins due to “not having a physical card”. Please note my visa debit is virtually offered through the RBC app, I am unable to get a “physical” piece of plastic with that #, and the website took my money no issue.
