Absolutely terrible experience with Hibu. Our rep completely stopped responding — we’ve called, texted, and emailed with no reply. They failed to transfer our website in time, which left our business without a website for several days. That is unacceptable for a company that charges what they charge. They are way too expensive for this level of service. It gets worse.
