I'm very happy with the job that Tony did to stop the water leak from the exterior of the house into my bathroom and living room. It's obvious he has a wealth of experience because he was able to quickly and accurately deduce the source and reason of the leak before starting the job. He was patient in explaining to me the issue and what he would be doing first. So glad Tony was able to come by on such short notice to help us with our doors! He got straight to work and was extremely informative during the process. Our door handles were tricky but Tony was determined and managed to get both of them working. We initially thought we'd have to replace the entire door but thankfully we didn't have to go that route. Tony did another fairly small but important project for me today - fixing a couple sets of sliding closet doors that have not operated properly for many years. As always, he was exceptionally responsive, on-time, very tidy w the work and got the job done in a reasonable time. He’s skilled in many areas and I highly recommend him for most any home improvement project- large or small:
Highly recommend Tony! Once I contacted him, he promptly replied, made an appointment to visit and arrived few mins before time - which I appreciate. He fixed all the things I needed within an hour, ran out to get replacement switches (for which he did not charge me anything) and got the job done. Very impressed with his professionalism. Will hire him again!
Tony has been exceptional in handling balcony repairs for me. Honest, thorough, and very diligent in keeping me informed every step of the way through work that needed a lot of coordination with city, and HOA. Very happy with his work as well. Definitely calling Tony for other jobs in the future.
