Loved the stay. A++ customer service.Beautiful rooms, super comfy beds and pillows. Just a bit disappointed that I was unable to get my massage due to construction in the men's area (?)
Loved, loved, loved this place! We loved our Oceanfront room with balcony, it was a good call! Comfiest bed. Beach was amazing. Lobby Bar and dining room were great, with good food. Christian and Ed at the Cove Pool Bar were the best...got great restaurant recommendations from them [SOLE Italian] and never saw a couple guys work so hard and be so patient with EVERY request from all ages. We will be back...Andra and Steve Schwab
Be careful they will not honor what they say and let the person who stayed in our room before us charge over $500. to our credit card after they had already checked out. The manager did try to take care of us but was transferred and the new management is not trying to help. The assistant front manager is very rude and lied to us when we had the proof in an email.

Phenomenal hotel. Very clean, great staff and the view is absolutely beautiful
I have to say good but not great - odd little things like not enough towel racks, yet they want you to go "green" and not change out towels every day.
Had my daughter's wedding there this past weekend. Resort is beautiful and so was my daughter's wedding. Had great service, our room was nice and clean. Just wish they had all inclusive because it can get pricey there. Overall it was a perfect wedding and had the perfect weather too!
