Attended, were told 10-15 min wait. All good. Got put in chairs. One pedicure was commenced, one had to wait half an hour on top of the already waited time. No interaction from the staff member. Asked for our daughter to get mani & pedi also - all they did was paint her nails, not even a trim or clean, got charged for it. Pedicure finished, staff member walked out the shop & didn’t come back Then came to manicure time and got bounced to three different people to “complete” the manicure, nails weren’t trimmed properly, nails ... read more

Rosie did such an incredible job of my nails! She’s an amazing artist and you can tell she loves creating beautiful nails and can do any sort of sculpting and intricately detailed designs! Can’t wait for my next appointment 🥰
