Do not make the mistake of renting here. Absentee property management, impossible to get repairs done in a timely fashion, incredibly rude and difficult property management, awful neighbors. The entire property is covered in animal waste and flies with no effort to clean that up by management. Washing machines and dryers take coins only with a fake promise at lease signing that they’re “gonna fix the card reader” said machines are also broken, so expect to pay $70 in quarters in a two week period for doing maybe 6 loads. WARNING Manager does not FOLLOW UP ON PHONE MESSAGES. I have called 3 times in the 2 months they have advertised their sign out front for a vacancy. A GOOD ON SITE MANAGER WOULD DO THEIR JOB and return calls even if you rented...in this case the sign is still up. I'm GLAD i looked you up online....so. NO THANK YOU I can just see how the property is ran without moving in. NO LAME RESPONSE IS NEEDED..ITS SIMPLE...YOU DID NOT RETURN ANY CALLS!
I still live here and I love the manager she is so nice and kind and the pool is the best my mom and dad and sister love the portch. That's my cat honey
