Worst sushi place in Santa Clarita they had only one person serving all the tables the food was horrible.cold and wrong orders the owners don’t know what’s customer service at all the place is so dirty looks like no body cleans . They should close that place . Never going again so expensive and the food is not worth it 😡

Only if i could give a negative or no star. This place should close down. The owner Ms. Kim was very rude and has bad customer service, and racists towards black people. Service was really slow 45 min wait, but they told us we reached our limit and cant order anymore. Plus they charged us 18% gratuity for a bad service. We didnt even get full. This is probably a good thing after seeing roaches and rats inside. Look they have rat traps outside too. Never again, dont waste your money.

DO NOT COME HERE. I absolutely agree with all the one star reviews, even this is too generous. I am currently leaving the restaurant on a not-so-busy friday night where it took two hours worth of waiting for our orders, rudeness from the owner, and clapping when we closed our bill. We were given many random dishes that we did not order, the owner came out and very rudely and irritatedly said those were ours. Took my future son in law Mike for his Birthday dinner to Hibiki Sushi in Canyon Country. One of our favorite places in the past. Waitress rude never even brought everything we ordered and it was dirty. Lemonade and ice tea were gross.

Service is horrible. It took almost 40 minutes to just get their asparagus! My family and I constantly felt like we were bugging the waitress even though all we wanted to do is order our food. I can’t comment on the sushi because I didn’t eat it...it’s the service though, it really is horrible.

Took my husband there for sushi, hardly anyone there, & took forever to be waited on, They were all so un-friendly... I was very disappointed in the service.... makes you wonder how a restaurant can stay open and operate with this kind of help. I can’t imagine how long it would of taken if it had been full....😔
