Not only can you hear your neighbors as if they're in your apartment and staff changes more than I change my underwear it seems, Hibernia Apartments, brought up a bogus eviction and is attempting to charge me for items reported to their negligent staff. For example cracks in the windows reported to their staff charged for on move out.
