I have always used Hibdon's. This time was a disappointment. While waiting to be helped, I watched one of the employees tell every person from the shop, instruct them to write as many good reviews as possible. One questioned him and he told him the manager had told him to. After going back, my tires are still not the right weight. Seems like they are busy doing the wrong things.
This place always does a tantastic job!!! Keep up the good work.
What was I thinking going to Walmart lol. Apparently there, even one of my Lexus lug nuts was a "liability"? Hibdon's had every price point I had been looking for. No issues with anything and took care of the lug nut with no delusion of liability, to avoid helping the customer. Customer for life now!
I worked with David at the front desk. He walked me through getting an appointment and what to expect with getting my AC fixed. Great experience from start to finish.
The service manager Skylar went above and beyond ! A great team always fast when I'm in a hurry for my oil changes
