A few times I have waited in store it took a awhile. I usually drop off now. Their work has always been done right and if there was an issue it would get fixed or get a clear explanation otherwise. The last time in I had to get a tire swapped onto new rim. Balance and rotate on car. Because I got wrong rim shipped they had to do it twice on tire swap. Went to just get an alignment, was told no one was infront of me so it should only be maybe an hour. After sitting there for 2 hours i asked how much longer it would be & was told they hadn’t even started on it and it was just sitting in there…wasted 2 hours of my day and didn’t even get my alignment done. will never be going back
The team at this location knows the meaning of stellar customer service. We bring my daughter’s vehicle here a couple times a year when she comes into town for either new tires, an oil change, or minor repairs. They always tell us potential pricing upfront, explain everything thoroughly without acting like we’re dumb, and best of all, they always follow through with what they say they’ll do (on time).
I have had to have a lot of repairs made to an aging vehicle. No matter what I have needed for my car, Hibdon's in Moore always does great work with the best customer service I get anywhere. I have mobility issues. The last time I went in, the young man met me at the door, took my keys and handled the check-in process for me. I had called ahead and the work order was ready. I always leave there feeling I get the best for less!
