Since you can’t reserve a time to get an alignment I came in at opening and I was told I was number two in line. I was the first in the door. I told them I would wait they gave me a very long 1.5 hour wait time. I’ve been sitting hear 1.5 hours and my truck is still sitting in the same place. Great service, fast, friendly & helped me pick out the best tires for my vehicle & the price on 4 tires was very reasonable.
Was helped by Anthony when I dropped my car off and Jason when I picked it up. Both were cheerful friendly and professional. I've been buying from Hibdon for more than 20 years and never had a bad experience. Anthony has helped me several times and is great. Haven't dealt with Jason before but he was great to. Unscheduled visit due to a road hazard flat tire while running errands. The flat was almost immediate and less than .5 mile from Hibdon. Tow truck dropped off the car and it was repaired quickly.
Bryan is spot on, honest, reliable, and easy to work with. He will get all of my business, my families business, and anyone I can influence to go there to get the same experience I receive.
