I made an appointment for 8 am on Monday. I called the day before to get it scheduled. I get there and get told that I would have to wait all day because 6 cars ahead of me. I am about to walk out and the manager puts me in second in line. What takes 30 mins took 1.5 hours. My suggestion is get rid of the appointment system and tell people to drop it off. Its useless wasting a whole day just for an alignment. Keep your word and honor it!

Came in for a flat repair. Told them I was waiting. Waited 3 hours before they took my car. They patched the tire, but it was flat before I made it home. Will not use Hibdon Tire again.
