Called yesterday to see if they did alignments on Teslas. The lady on the phone confirmed they did, and she mentioned being able to fit me in that same day - as long as I "arrived by 4pm". I told her I would be driving all the way from Tulsa.. I ended up arriving around 3:45pm only to be turned down. Mentioning they have too many vehicles in front of me, and that Tesla alignments take at least an hour and half to do...Keep in mind this was on a Sunday, so no other shops could fit me in during that time of day. I came in today to get one of my tires patched up. turns out I had a nail in it. The process was easy and the customer service was great! I will be coming back in the future if need be. (:
