While visiting family in Oklahoma, (I live in Bowling Green, KY), I heard a noise that sounded like brakes on my truck. I booked a 9 a.m. appointment with Hibdons of Norman but I arrived at 8:30. My truck was finally brought in at 10. Over the phone when I booked the appt, I asked how long and how much total I could expect for the inspection and subsequent brake service. Had a appointment, then got booted and been sitting here for 3hrs and still waiting on them to take my vehicle back to get tires put on. Your customers time is very important too and needs to be top priority. Yes understand things take time but come on. We all have jobs and things we need to do also. Also, your WiFi isn't the best. Waiting 3+hrs, I would've expected better WiFi then what's being put out now.
They should focus on tires only.
Recommendedwe came in late Sunday to the North Norman location and without missing a beat they said no problem and got to work. Top notch service and a job well done!
Service is slow. Even with an appointment it takes forever to get anything done.
