Every time I have made an appointment to get my vehicle looked at and have made the hour drive In I get the “oh well we are behind and have to reschedule” bs. This has been on going for a month. Absolutely ridiculous 10/10 would not recommend.
Why is it every time I show up they tell me "Sorry, but we can't get to it today"? It's always more than an hour before close and they act like they're too busy. No, it's not that you can't do it. You just WON'T do it. I know the problem. I have a flat tire that I need repaired and that doesn't give you revenue. Maybe you should start charging for flat repairs if it's such a hassle. Hibdons in Norman has always taken SUCH good care of me! They're so kind and professional, and they don't try to trick you! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for tires!
