Staff is very helpful and very clean
My first ever visit to a VA clinic. Very clean great staff. They took their time answering my questions and explaining to me. Wonderful experience.
The NP Laura is grossly incompetent and negligent. Stay away at all costs, all she had to do was an xray or my hip one of many times I complained over the years and it could have been saved. Because of her I had to get a full hip replacement at 34 years old. She also admitted to me that the reason she blocked my care was because community care cost the government more than anticipated so she was told to create road blocks.
Doctor is great! Problem is the don’t answer the phone, it rings in Minneapolis, then you transfer to Hibbing, then after they don’t answer it transfers back to Minneapolis. It’s not the fault of the personnel, it’s the way the system is set up. I spoke to three other vets and asked them how they handle it. They said they have to get in their vehicle and drive 20 miles and walk in to ask a question. It’s absurd!!!
