If I could give zero I would. They are a literal definition of a scam. They can increase your bill how ever they want. You can't even save money on utilities if you tried to. They shut off random people/wrong houses utilities and wants to give an attitude when they mess up. I have never seen a utility company so greedy. The estimate they give is ridiculous. Your bill cannot be less the $300-400. They charge a month in advance. I'm so eager to leave hibbing.
Can I start by saying MONEY HUNGRY!!! Is it possible that my monthly bill is 100 a month. Can't even use my own trash can!! This is for water/sewer/and trash only!! Everywhere I lived at its never been this high. And I've lived in the heart of the oilfield!! Plus three more states. A friend had issues. Got charged 600/month with electric and gas. At an apartment!! Just to find out there was a water leak. Got 100 lowered on this month. But yet he's been living there for almost 4 months!!! Yeah I can't wait to leave Hibbing!!!
