Employees didnt seem to care to help and the website said they had specific shoes for pickup and they didn't have any of them available for pickup even though website said they did .
He loves the shoes we need longer shoe strings do you sale them at falesburg store there just no long enough to tie.

I always buy shoes for my kids and grandkids at Hibbett. I used to run a store and customer service was better back then. We do always have to get an associate to get us help but will always buy shoes at Hibbett.
