Sawyer is an absolute gem! The customer service that he displayed last night was beyond immaculate. Sawyer is not only knowledgeable but absolutely so helpful! Thank you Sawyer for breaking down all the different sizes for someone who can wear youth and women’s shoes. And he did it all with a smile!
I recently visited this store and unfortunately did not have a positive experience. When I entered, the staff seemed hesitant to greet me and only did so after a noticeable delay. While I was browsing, I felt uncomfortable due to employees staring at me in a way that made me feel as though I was being suspected of shoplifting.
