Worst customer experience I have had with any company. I won the raffle for the Retro 5, received a text saying to call the store to set an appointment to pick up, instead I go into the store in Hixson they said i had to do it online. Went to my application it said I forfeited my raffle! Why would I forfeit something I am trying to win? Makes no sense!
